Seniors:
Offseason - weights and cardio @ clubhouse on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 630-9pm

Pre-season - commences Tuesday 18th July @ 7pm then every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8.30pm and Saturday Mornings from 9.30am - 11am

Seniors Training nights throughout the season will continue on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8.30pm


Youth:
Preseason - TBC

During season - Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7-830pm


Mini:
Sunday from 2-330pm commencing first Sunday in September
