Training Times for season 2013 -14


Seniors


Early pre-season training Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8.30pm and Saturday Mornings from 9.30am - 11am. Open to all senior players in all teams including U19s.


Seniors Training nights throughout the season will continue on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8.30pm.


Ladies


Wednesday evenings from 6.45pm - 8.30pm.


Youth


Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8.15pm (Including U19s)


Youth summer Boot Camp Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8.15pm (All Youth groups welcome)


Mini


Sunday afternoon from 2pm - 3.30pm


All comers summer fitness classes Monday evening from 6pm - 7pm and Saturday Morning from 9am - 10am. (£5 per person)


All comers summer touch rugby Wednesday evenings from 6.45pm - 8.30pm
