Ards RFC - Ulster Championship 2

Ards Mini Rugby is open to boys and girls from P1 to P7.

Training sessions and matches kick-off on a Sunday afternoon from 1pm. The session typically last between 1 to 1 ½ hours - depending on weather and age. Each age group is taken by a qualified Mini Coach and sessions will typically commence with a short warm up, followed by a series of games and drills designed to help develop players skills and knowledge of the game. Sessions usually end with a fun game or a short match to provide the kids with an opportunity to showcase the skills they have learnt.

We are always on the lookout for new recruits and our 24/25 season will commence on Sunday 1st September 24 with a registration and family fun day. However, don't worry if you can't make it as you are always welcome to come and give rugby a try at Ards anytime of the season.

We also have a fantastic new addition for the upcoming season with the opening of the clubs new coffee pod. Located between the 1XV & 2XV pitches, parents will be able to grab a coffee, have a chat and watch their kids train without getting soaked during the winter months.
